منظمة الحد من الهجرة تنفذ إفطارات جماعية وتدعم مشروعات العودة الطوعية للنازحين

أوضح الأستاذ معتز عوض وداعة الله، نائب رئيس منظمة الحد من الهجرة غير الشرعية والعودة الطوعية، أن المنظمة نفذت برنامجًا للإفطارات الجماعية طوال شهر رمضان بمخيمات النازحين بمدينة بورتسودان، وذلك كمبادرة مجتمعية تهدف إلى التعريف بأنشطة المنظمة وأدوارها داخل وخارج السودان.
وأشار وداعة الله إلى أن مشروعات “عابر سبيل” و”التكايا” التي أطلقتها المنظمة، ساهمت بصورة كبيرة في تعريف المجتمع المحلي بدورها الإنساني، مبينًا أن هذه المبادرة نُفذت بالشراكة مع منظمة “الباقيات الطوعية”، واستمرت طيلة أيام شهر رمضان المبارك، بتكلفة مالية بلغت (102 مليون جنيه سوداني).
وفيما يتعلق بالعودة الطوعية، ذكر نائب رئيس المنظمة أن الجهود انصبت على حصر المواطنين في المناطق المحررة بواسطة الجيش، حيث تم تنفيذ العودة الطوعية إلى ولايات سنار، الجزيرة، أم درمان، وبحري، موضحًا أن عدد العائدين بلغ مليون وثمانمائة وعشرين ألف شخص.
وأكد وداعة الله أن المنظمة عضو فاعل في اللجنة العليا للعودة الطوعية، التي تضم عدة جهات حكومية ومدنية، بينها ديوان الزكاة (مقرراً للجنة)، والي البحر الأحمر (رئيس اللجنة)، بالإضافة إلى عضوية اتحاد البصات السفرية، وشركات البترول، والغرفة التجارية، ووزارة النقل، وهيئة الموانئ البحرية، وشركات الملاحة والطيران، إلى جانب الشرطة المجتمعية، جهاز الأمن والمخابرات، معتمدية اللاجئين، وتنظيمات المجتمع المدني. وقد شاركت كل هذه الأطراف في الاجتماعات الدورية، وتم تخصيص ميزانية لبرنامج العودة الطوعية، الذي تم تنفيذه بنجاح.
وأشاد معتز بخطوات رئيس المنظمة والأستاذ مالك الديجاوي في تفعيل المكتب التنفيذي ورفده بكوادر فاعلة في العمل الطوعي والتنسيقي، بما يساهم في تعزيز دور المنظمة على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي.
وكشف عن مساعٍ لتأسيس شبكات تنسيقية لدعم عودة النازحين داخل السودان، بما يتطلب توسيع قاعدة الشراكات مع مختلف الجهات. كما أشار إلى وجود خطة للمساهمة في عودة اللاجئين من دول الجوار، مثل مصر، ليبيا، إثيوبيا، إريتريا، تشاد، يوغندا، وجنوب السودان، التي تم إجلاء اللاجئين منها مؤخراً.
وأكد معتز أن المنظمة ستواصل عملها بجهد منظم لدعم العودة الطوعية وتأمين استقرار العائدين عبر مشروعات تنموية تستهدف المناطق المستقبلة لهم.
Organization for Migration Reduction Implements Mass Iftars and Supports Voluntary Return Projects for IDPs

Mr. Moataz Awad Wadaa Allah, Deputy Head of the Organization for the Reduction of Irregular Migration and Voluntary Return, stated that the organization implemented a program of mass iftar meals throughout the month of Ramadan in IDP camps in Port Sudan. This initiative aimed to introduce the community to the organization’s activities and roles both inside and outside Sudan.
Wadaa Allah pointed out that projects like “Traveler Assistance” and “Takaya” launched by the organization significantly contributed to raising local awareness about its humanitarian role. He explained that this initiative was carried out in partnership with the “Baqiyat Voluntary Organization” and continued throughout the holy month of Ramadan, with a total cost of 102 million Sudanese pounds.
Regarding voluntary return efforts, the Deputy Head noted that the focus was on registering citizens in areas liberated by the army. Voluntary returns were facilitated to the states of Sennar, Al-Jazirah, Omdurman, and Bahri, with the number of returnees reaching 1.82 million people.
Wadaa Allah confirmed that the organization is an active member of the Higher Committee for Voluntary Return, which includes several governmental and civil entities, such as the Zakat Chamber (the Committee’s Rapporteur), the Governor of the Red Sea State (the Committee’s Chair), along with the membership of the Intercity Bus Union, petroleum companies, the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Transport, the Sea Ports Corporation, shipping and aviation companies, the Community Police, the General Intelligence Service, the Refugees Commission, and civil society organizations. All these parties participated in regular meetings, and a budget was allocated for the voluntary return program, which was successfully implemented.
Mr. Moataz also praised the efforts of the organization’s President (name not mentioned in the text) in advancing fieldwork initiatives and expanding activities to include the largest possible number of IDPs and beneficiaries.
He further commended the fruitful cooperation with partner organizations and government bodies, affirming that these partnerships had a direct impact on facilitating voluntary return operations and sustaining the humanitarian programs led by the organization.
In conclusion, Wadaa Allah called for greater support and coordination among all humanitarian actors to achieve the desired goals, foremost among them promoting stability, reintegrating returnees into their original communities, and focusing on providing livelihood opportunities, education, and basic services to ensure the long-term success of voluntary return efforts.
